The series Tin can filling machine is suitable for filling and sealing aluminum can/ Tin can/ PET can for juice, hot drink, beer and carbonated soft drinks. It is equipped the advanced device, electrical equipment, and pneumatic control technology. It has the characteristics of filling reposefully, high speed, liquid level control, capping reliably, frequency conversion timing, less material loss. 3. Twin shafts structure: The first seaming roll and the second seaming roll are separated. User could adjust and control the seaming rolls separately.
4. The rotation direction is anticlockwise direction in seaming process; the seamed cans leave the seamer automatically as its direction to avoid jam and scratch
5. Filling cylinder is arc structure, no dead angle to avoid liquid left. It adopts CIP automatic clean design to clean.
6. All parts in contact with the material are 304 food grade stainless steel.
7. All the electric appliances of this machine adopt international brand, the host machine is automatically controlled by PLC, the photoelectric detection runs, the liquid cylinder is automatically replenished, no cap alarm stops.
